Immune system

my current situation

Hello everyone its been a while. As its stands I have been of antibioticsi for a couple months. I dont have multiple infectionsi but just this one thats been kicking my ass for the last 2 years. maybe thats why it was easier to go off of them. I would be on my death bed if it wasnt for the collidial silver machine I bought. I drink about 12 ounces a day sometimes more. and lots of eating right and excersice helps. I still sometimes get symptoms but they are very much manageable. I also started taking legal steroids which helps with my work outs and energy and strenght even though they make me feel better I know they do nothing for my immune system.

Do viruses produce porphyria?

Does anybody know if charcoal gets rid of toxins from porphyria produced by viruses. Im trying to figure out while all of a sudden I got really sick.  Everytime I take charcoal I feel a lot better but if I dont take it I get worse. This has been happening for the last 4 days.  I dont know if its the cpni playing tricks on me or if im just coming down with the flu or something. If the charcoal gets rid of virsus toxins then it might be a virus becuase I havent used charcoal for months until 4 days ago.  I know the cpn and HSVi-1 has weekend my immune system so im more suseptable to things like the flu.  I cant figure out what my body is doing.

Probiotic Raises T-Cell Levels

Here is an interesting article on a probiotic that raises T-cell levels. The article is mainly talking about protection from the flu but would be of interest to us who are dealing with multiple infectionsi.<

You can order it from iherb:<

Feeling My Way Around

Please bear with me I attempt to learn the ends and outs of this website.  I have an appointment with Dr. Sriram at Vanderbilt MSi Clinic on the 26th of March.  I have been lurking and reading at this site for a couple of years now and I am happy that several of you have now improved who have MS by using the CAPi.

This site is a wealth of information and I am sure I will be back after I start the CAP with questions.

Starting LDN - Topic Revisited

Starting LDNi tonight(Low Dose Naltrexone) topic Revisited - the continuation of a thread relocated from a personal blog page to a forum topic. It was started about 5 months ago and previous posts are included below;

LDN a Website video at on LDN

This link just came in on the newsletter. I have not listened to it yet.  But personally have been wondering about it's use in MSi and other inflammationi.  Hope it brings on the full range of discussion.   Louise

Something Viral or different NAC?

For the past week I have been struggling with what appears to feel like a chest cold (or those  CPNi elementary bodies are reactivated?)  This is such a strange feeling, in that, even though I have been "sick" with all the repercussions of the protocol, I haven't had anything like a cold, flu, or viral type illness since being on CAPi.  I have been running a low grade fever, coughing and feeling very flu-like.  Considering I don't get out of the house much, if it is viral my husband probably brought it home.

Antibiotics to be available without prescription

This is the news:  In England, possible antibioticsi to be sold over the counter, to treat CHLAMYDIA!

This is the story form<

Oral antibiotics are to be made available for the first time without doctor's prescription under guidelines approved yesterday by the medicines regulator.

A pill to treat chlamydia, the most commonly diagnosed sexually transmitted infection, will become available for purchase in pharmacies across England later this year.

The Big Model

Ok, so first of all, thanks for a great forum on this disease! Everybody, remember to help each other all he time, chl. pn. victims need all the help they can get, and together we are stronger!

Now, here's a couple of things I've thought about:

First, Chl. Pn. is not an uncommon infection,  in fact, around 50% ofthe five year-olds in an area can carry the infection, and when you look at people around the age of 70, 70-80% of them have antigens for chl. pn. in their blood.(1)

But there isn't millions of people suffering from the various symptoms of this disease, as it should be if it affected everyone. Something makes people more or less vulnerable to infection of chl. pn.

Elevated IGE in because of cpn infection?

Hi to all !

Does anybody know if CPNi<i< can cause a high level of serum IGE (mine is 3000) ? Maybe because of asthmai<i< or to cpn in general? I know that intracellulari<i< bacteria like coxiella burnetti can cause IGE levels that high. So why not cpn?

introduction and inquiry about topicals

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read this post.

I was not able to locate information referencing contraindications to my Rx topicals.

Please pardon me if this is covered elsewhere.

I'll start with a bit about where I'm at and have been.

I'm a graphic designer who works from home. I have a happy homelife and a positive worklife. I believe that i am a healthy person, I just do not physically feel like one. I have long suspected that everything I experience is tied together, so am really happy to see this Web site. I want to live my life again: I want to go outside into the sunshine; ride a bike; shop in a store!

FIR Sauna

Jim K. said the following regarding the use of the FIRi Sauna to help rid our bodies of Cpni.

"One of the reasons the FIR sauna is used is to create artificial fever, which seems to kick in immunei< system cells that don't function well at low body temp."

Would a hot tub create the same "artificial fever"?  I have a hot tub, but no Sauna access.
