Lupus and cpn

I would need help from another member with lupus.

Just four weeks on minocycline I experience my lupus getting worse.

I read about drug induced lupus and not sure what to do.

According to roadback.org lupus is treated with minocycline. Just not sure now what to do.

Sores on toes

Hi:

I have had the weirdest symptom in my whole repetoire of things I have had wrong with me. I think this one takes the top in the weird category.

Out of the blue I developed a red sore spot on one of my toes. Then I began to get more until I had these red sore spots on each toe, except my little toe. They are located on the bottom of the toe, towards the top which makes walking painful. They HURT. They feel like what burned and blistered skin might feel like. Many of my toes are just very, very red on the bottom of the toe near the top of the toe and at the tip of the toe. I saw a Podiatrist who, when he heard I have some Reynauds Syndrome, diagnosed it as PROBABLY Chilblains which I had never even heard of.

good story

This is a very good story I read of someone with Lupus. As you know lupus is just as bad as CFSⁱ, MSⁱ, and Fibromyalgiaⁱ. You can use the story to help your family understand this sickness. what people dont understand is this sickness is always there and always reminds us its there. This goes for all types of sickness. Also I wonder if Lupus is in conection with CPNⁱ?

Please bear with me I attempt to learn the ends and outs of this website. I have an appointment with Dr. Sriram at Vanderbilt MSⁱ Clinic on the 26th of March. I have been lurking and reading at this site for a couple of years now and I am happy that several of you have now improved who have MS by using the CAPⁱ.

This site is a wealth of information and I am sure I will be back after I start the CAP with questions.

Need help for my sister. Why CPn test POS and then NEG?

I've written about my sister before. She asked to be tested for CPnⁱ at Cleveland clinic and came back positive, something like 1/125 or close to that. Cleveland Clinic asked her if she wanted to be treated with 1 abxⁱ for a few weeks.

She has lung and sinus problemsⁱ, fibromyalgiaⁱ, fatigue and serious heart and vein problems and inflammationⁱ. Basically the falling apart syndrome. I tried to get her started on CAPⁱ, but she didn't follow through, claiming she didn't have time to get sick. She did take NACⁱ for awhile. Now she is really sick, with pretty bad heart problems. She has been diagnosed with everything under the sun over the years, but then they always end up changing their minds and saying it probably isn't what they thought it was.
