I answered in Dog lovers thread a comment about stem cells which I will copy here cause I would like to discuss stem cells without hijacking doglovers thread
What I said was, quote
And my hope is stem cell treatment for healing once the germ is gone. There are interesting findings all over the world wherein they simply take some marrow from you and filter out the stem cells, multiply them in the lab with growth factors then give tham back to you as a personal very specialized kind of transfusion.

I have noticed that one of the largest complaints with this capi treatment is severe inflammationi. Since I am very concerned with all the medications my liver and kidneys have to deal with, may doctor told me of a natural way to reduce the inflammation. It is called Boswllia, a natural herb or resin that has a very good outcome on many inflammatory issues.

I just returned from my quarterly teeth cleaning and was given this at-home routine to follow for my bad teeth staining. Significant black stains are on my enamels, caps, and tooth roots caused from the antibioticsi. Dilute 1/2 & 1/2 hydrogen-peroxide and Breath Rx and swish in mouth for one minute two times a day. Breath Rx is a OTC mouth wash that kills bacteria and isn't drying like Listerine (if it kills bacteria, it has to be good!). The hydrogen-peroxide whitens and it also kills bacteria. If this routine doesn't work, I'll go for teeth cleaning every two months. I already use a dental at-home cleaning program where I put a goo in a retainer and leave on overnight.

Hi, Paula is due to try a little bit of Cholestyramine this weekend (just a small taster at first to ensure she doesn't have any adverse effects). She currently takes 4 grams of Charcoal 3 times per day for her porphyriai. She always makes sure that no food, abxi or supplementsi are taken at least 2 hours before and after the charcoal. What restrictions are there with Cholestyramine? It only says on the label that you can't take any drugs 1 hour before and 4 hours after a dose of Cholestyramine - obviously this means the antibiotics. What about the CAPi supplementsi? What restrictions are there for these? I have heard mention that it you can take Cholestyramine with food (preferably with something that will produce bile, like fat).

Can anyone give me a quick summary or point me to one already given here regarding recommendations for best order of all the stuff we take, especially including what not to mix together and how far apart to take things. I've gotten a little in bits and pieces, and seen one discussion on it with someone saying what they did but not necessarily why. I need to get the basics so I can come up with my own system. For example, what vits. and supps need to be taken separately from abxi? From NACi? From pyruvate? From each other? From probiotics? Does NAC truly need to be kept separate from abxi? What about from any vit and supps? Or probiotics? What about from pyruvate?

Reports describing Vitamin D3's benefits by Oliver Gillie, a freelance medical researcher and writer, are available online. Here's the latest. Note the recommendations by Drs Vieth, Holick, Holis, etc on pages III and IV. It's a very interesting article, and one well worth the 30 minutes it takes to skim: Scotland's Health Deficit: An explanation and a plan His older books can be viewed from here:

Hi, Paula is concerned that as now she takes the Charcoal in powdered form (about 4 grams 3 times per day) instead of in capsule form, this means that the charcoal is absorbed much faster - ie no capsule to digest first. She is now completely 99% bedridden so is virtually completely in the horizontal position, which will probably effect digestion. She tries to take the charcoal 2 - 2 1/2 hours after and before anything else. So my question is, because of the above, does it make that much difference taking the powdered variety of charcoal?

Has anyone tried Germanium? I've used it on and off for 6 months here and there. My hair test showed low Germinaium so I researched it and tried it. This is what I've been taking, usually 1/2 or less of a30 mg capsule
