Chronic sinus problems

Betwixt 19 and 20...now what??

I have been counting the days since pulse 19 and waiting for some sign of improvement to indicate when pulse 20 should commence, but no such luck. The myalgia/inflammationi set in within 3 days of starting #19 and has remained firmly entrenched. Advil round the clock helps a bit. Pain has cropped up in surprising places: neck, shoulders, tight, ropy spinus erectus muscles have been the name of the game making ambulation so trying that I have found myself in tears just attempting the simplest things. I think I feel worse than I did two weeks post pulse. I admit some of it must be posture-related as I have been too tired to do much. I can be tough about this, but I fear another pulse may just worsen things further?? Am I wrong? -kk2

Restless Legs??? Need answers quick please!

Restless legs?? Need answers quick please! I was out last night with my friend when all of a sudden I felt like I was going to have a seizure.  I have felt this way on and off since starting the protocol so I know it's part of the cpni (besides having a hx of these sizures which i now know is Cpn related seizures). Had not had feelings of a seizure in a couple of years before CAPi protocol. Anyway, after that I realized that I felt I could not stand up. My legs were so weak and I started having the sensation that ants were crawing inside legs. Haven't had restless leg syndrome since last winter with EBVi. And it got really bad last night.

The Findlays Fight On

Nothing spectacular to report, but I have not written a blog for a while so thought I would update.

Anyone knows Dr in Maryland or closest states? Dr Carter in Florida?

Hello, everyone,

I had posted once on the forum, including a very brief description of my story. Now it's time to start a blog as I understand, I am here for A LONG HAUL. I am not sure where to start as there is so much to all my illness.

I guess, my arthritis/tendonitis and myalgia would be the main complaint. Then hypertension">i, then sinusitis, hypothyroidism, heart palps, chronic cystitis, PID, hand cysts, mild cough, brain fog and fatigue. All of this started one by one since I was 8 yrs old but only recently after doing a bunch of research and this year being dxi with Reiter's syndrome I put 2 and 2 together and figured out that Cpni infection could cause all or any of my conditions.

my story...

Ok, my name is john. i'm going to try to write this quick and keep it relatively short because my thoughts come and GO pretty fast. i've gotten used to it and it only irritates me in times like this when it's important for me to get the thoughts on the paper fast. I'm here because of a friend and a discussion that we were having about the length of time someone can have these problems and still be moderately functional as a person. JimK's name was brought up because apparently he had this problem for quite some time. i would have written him directly but i thought it would be more appropriate to do this...

Need to talk to someone soon

Need to talk to someone soon.  I'm feeling a little desperate at the moment.  Don't know how to IM, willing to learn or willing to just e-mail back and forth.

New kid on the block: Glad to find you!

Hello everyone-I'm so glad to find this site and others who understand what I'm going through!  I have suffered for at least 17 years with various illnesses that I now see may all be related to CPni.  My most recent addition to the plethora of illnesses I've experienced is severe tinnitus">i with 5-10% hearing loss. I recently had to purchase hearing devices, $3000 worth to drown out the ringing noise as it was driving me insane, literally! Finding out about CPn has made me feel like I have found a gold mine, thanks to my doc, (MD and toxicologist) that knows how to think outside the box. Sure has given me renewed hope. I actually found out I had it after my friend was diagnosed with it.  I had referred him to my doc as he had been experiencing CFSi and ADD symptoms.

What Is A Chronic Illness, Anyway?

What Is A Chronic Illness, Anyway?

A chronic illness is a disease or disorder that a person has to cope with on a continuous basis. Many people become so ill, they are unable to work and are forced to give up activities they have always enjoyed. Often their  illness goes undiagnosed for years, leaving thousands of people frustrated, depressed and without answers to why their bodies will not cooperate with their desires.

fungal sinusitis and related issues

Daisy and Michele have brought up a subject of general interest which I thought deserved its own thread.

Sinus infections

My husband and I are both on the abxi protocol. I have MSi, he has a chronic sinus infection. We started taking 600mg of NACi twice a day three weeks ago. Five days ago we added 100 mg of doxycycline once a day. He had less drainage and felt better after a week on the NAC. After starting the doxy, he has had two bad headaches and a lot of sinus congestion. I think that this is "normal", but I would like for someone who has experience with sinus problems to let me know if he needs to do anything different. gwa

"ACE Chlamydia levels" -- anyone heard of it?

My niece took a fistful of papers to her doctor because she has rosacea">i, chronic bronchitis/asthmai, chronic sinusitis, and what looks to me like GFAi. I highlighted the appropriate passages.

It is official.....update

Vitaminsi are ramping up, Niacin">i 375 mg, NACi for 3 wks now 2gms, D 1600U, along with all the rest of the Wheldon recommended supplementsi & what I normally take.

They're in the starting gate...&...they're offff....

Well, finally today my additional supplementsi recommended for the protocol have arrived!

I just had a snack, took the NAC & a few others, sorted & wrote on all the bottles & now I am tired & I need a nap!  Oregano Oil makes your lips feel funny!  I will have 3 weeks of NAC under my belt when I see my MD next on June 22.  Then I will have my prescriptions for the switch to the Wheldon Protocol.

Asthma

Hi all, first appologize for my English, I am writing this mail from small country in Europe (The Czech Republic) and must admit am reading these sites for a while now. I must say I am so glad to see a way to cure which works and am even more amazed it is on internet. Unfortunatly my doctors do not share such exitement with me but I am sure after some time they will understand (once they are willing to open eyes and mind).
