tachycardia sent me to the ER

My husband ended up taken me to the emergency room late yesterday afternoon for heart rate of over 120. Wow, what a nightmare. They said I was dehydrated and my glucose was low. After receiving fluids, I did feel much improved but very weak.

I guess this is a lesson learned while on capi to up the water intake.

What an event, glad you're home and OK. I bought glucose also called dextrose and otherwise known as corn sugar from NOW foods at my local natural food store and make Kool-Aid with it. Thus a person can have some glucose on hand that way. I use this when pulsing marie

horses- I've seen this with

horses- I've seen this with my daughter: dehydration also increases the concentration of porphyrins in the bloodstream, as does lack of glucose, so it's a double whammy. Porphyrins can definitely cause tachycardia, so all of us should hydrate like crazy!

Horses need to drink more

Horses need to drink more water. Thanks to all who responded to my blog. I slept most of the day after a follow up with my doctor today and feel much better. Jim the porphyrins must have been building up over the last week as I started feeling very weak, chills and over all sick. This reminds me to do more moppers in the future. My lyme doctor is sending all my medical information to Dr.Statton for a evaluation of cpni. She has been seeing more patients with cpn and wants to treat them with the correct protocol. This web site has given her the medical information to help others.

what a great way to spread the help to others in need.

Wow. That's so good to hear! I know there are doctors who use the Cpnhelp information, but we rarely hear about it directly.
