Still looking for Doctor in the Midwest USSubmitted by armstmik on Tue, 2007-04-10 10:25.Hi, I am still trying to find a doctor who is familiar with this disease in the midwest. The closest I have located is in Chicago, which is not near South Dakota. The nearby cites are Minneapolis MN, Omaha and Lincoln NE, Sioux City IA and Sioux Falls SD.
