Solar Flares

We weren't hacked.  It wasn't solar flares.  Just a little site security maintenance. All's well in our little corner of the world. ;-)

Good morning.  We're up and running again.

We were concerned. Thanx for the update, Mac.    MSmom

Mac, I really appreciated the come back later post.  So much better than just not getting anything to let you know what is going on only a down website!   Thanks, Louise

It might not have been solar flares but Venus was incredibly bright last night and last week she nearly collided with Jupiter Wink..............Sarah

I had Jupiter pointed out to me on Saturday night!

Louise,  Jupiter appears much smaller than Venus at the moment: Venus is the brightest thing in ther night sky aft er the full moon and last week Vebnus looked as though she was playing football with Jupiter, but this week Jupiter is much lower in the sky.  I think the person who pointed out Jupiter to you mighthave been muddling up the two planets, since in real life Jupiter is much the bigger of the two..............Sarah

Sarah, Perhaps so.  We came out of a Japanese Restaurant with a group of people and the comment was made.  I was impressed to see anything given that we were outside in a lighted parking lot!   Louise
