Okay, I don't know what is the matter with me! I want to change my signature as I have changed to a different antibiotic and want it to be shown in my signature. But for the life of me I can't figure out how to change it. When I go to "my account" the signature block is gray and doesn't show my current signature and won't allow me to type anything in it. I know someone else asked how to do this and I can't find the reply to that either. I give up and am hoping someone will tell me how to do this!

Hi Lori,
Sorry you're having difficulty. When I go to my account I see an edit tab. If I click on that I can see my signature and would be able to edit it there. I would suggest you be sure you're logged in but I see you posted and I doubt you would have been able to post if you weren't logged in.

Lori- Not sure what the problem is, as I can get access to your signature without problem as admin, but most of these things turn out to be browser problems. Some steps to try:
Log out of Cpnhelp.
Go to Preferences and empty your browser cache (may be under "advanced" and "network"-- always different for different browsers).
Quit your browser and then restart it. (If this doesn't work the first time, completely reboot your computer after quiting your browser).
Log back onto Cpnhelp and see if you can get at your signature.

Hi, Lori - I sent you an answer to this a week or two ago, but the answer was what you've already tried. Then I posted the same thing to someone who asked online, so don't bother looking for my old response, since it obviously won't do you any good!
If all else fails, tell Jim what it 'should' say and he can edit it for you.

I tried this twice with no luck. When I go to edit the block for the signature is blank (gray) and won't allow me to type in it. I know my current signature is coming through when I post but for some reason I can't change it.
What I want to edit is that I am no longer using flagyli but rather Tindamax for 7 days out of a month at 250 mg three times a day. I thought it was rather important to change that!
Thanks
Lori

Happened to me several times of the past year. Michele straightened me out of my confusion.

It looks like Jim fixed it for me as the signature shows the Tindamax dosage now-thanks Jim! Still have to figure it out for future changes but at least it is updated now.
