Shock and Awe- Pulse 9

This is a total 360° that is well worth sharing. I finished pulse 9 and I gotta tell ya, this was by far THE WORST of all my pulses.  I was a total bitch from day 1. No wait, a total freezing, sobbing bitch with brain fog. (Sound familiar?) The smallest of things would set me off. For example, I asked Ken to help me with the radio in the kitchen. Ken being Ken he was playing around and I totally lost it! I grabbed the closest thing to me that was on the counter…a banana.  I started slapping him with it before my frustration led me away. I thank our lord that Ken has the patience of Job. He saw me through this pulse and we were both greatly rewarded.   The 3rd day after my pulse I was back to being myself. Ken and I were getting ready for bed and were going around shutting light, ect.    I felt like playing around racing him to the stairs. I was just trying to be faster than Ken but without thinking about it, I RAN!!! Ken saw me run! You could call it a light jog, but for the briefest of moments, I was completely airborne!

Ken looked at me in shock and said "how long have you been able to do that?" I said, "two seconds, you think if I could run, I'd wait to tell you?" Husbands are geniuses, aren't they?

So at 1:00 am there we were, timing me jogging/running across the 25-foot course we have in the kitchen. I must have killed a lot of those buggers with this pulse because I found a new light on this path! Actual excitement for pulse 10!!!  Cool

Kim- you hit with a banana?

Kim- you hit with a banana? Surely this goes down as a flagyli-fit classic. Perhaps the new measure of extremity: "Well, I had a bad reaction to pulsing this time, but at least I didn't attack anyone with a banana.."
