relapse or CAP side effect?

I am feeling very bad all of the sudden. As I am typing I hva=e to keep my arm s on the desk for support so weak I am. Feels like blood vessels consricted all over the body. I am in chills, cold extremities. Pulse is weak too.  I've been on Rif 600 mg /daily and Doxyi 200/daily since Feb'08 for arthritis, CPni (+) and Lyme. If you see my previous blog I was doing great and returned to many regular activities. This past month I 've noticed increased joint/muscle pain, brain fog back a few times. Yesterday was weak and brain for I thought PMS. Tonight unwellness started with chills and it's getting worse with spasms, I even have uncontrolled tears. What's going on with me?

Is it possible endotoxini effects even 6 mns into tx after feeling so good? Or may be it's side effects of long-term CAPi? I've never had problems with liver enzymes or other blood work and I am due to new draw next week?

I'll appreciate any input

About feeling worse due to

About feeling worse due to cryptic build up. I have been doing pretty good with the protocol thus far although, my cpni load is pretty high so I've been taking it slow. I have accomplished the Daily Doxyi.100 and just started the Azith. m/w/f. Since this is not killing the EBi'S and I have had a horrible reactions to NACi. I have noticed improvements with symptoms but it my cryptic load is geeting higher, what would be the best approach at this point?

started Wheldon capi 4/21/08 for Cpni, CMV, EBVi, CFSi. Cap hold 4/09vascultis. Restart 9/09 with Dr.Powell, restore gut, 4000 D3, supplementsi,  Pos. Bartonella and Babesia, Rifampin 600 mgs and Biaxon 1 gram.

One more possibility, in

One more possibility, in addition to the endotoxini (chills, aches) and porphyriai (depression, tearyness, brain fog) build up which you have got to take care of with the moppers--- Charcoal, charcoal, Vitamin C; Charcoal, charcoal, yah team!---  you may be building up more and more cryptic Cpni. Cryptic Cpn operate with an endotoxin that is highly inflammatory: body aches galore. So if you aren't doing flagyli pulses to knock down the cryptic load, as well as getting at the cystic form of the Borellia, this could contribute to feeling worse. The Rif/doxyi combo is really excellent for the RB form of Cpn, but you aren't covering the other life phases and so just chase it from one form into another for it's survival. Gotta do the whole thing to kill the whole thing!

Thanks, Jim. I got Rx for Flagyli 1.5 mns ago but have been scared to start it. Having lived thru all these die-offs made a chicken out of me. :) Before this episode I was going to start Flagyl this week. Now I am collecting strength for next week.

Even a year into the process and aftetr feeling so much better I just this week have taken so far 3 days of Cholestyramine for porphoria fatigue as I am beginning to call the event after pulsing.     When I went down I went down fast however within three days of dosing I am once again much improved.

Anyway that is how it happens for me and how I help myself through it.  See my signature for the details of what works for me.

I read you where on RIF and

I read you where on RIF and Doxyi. Is that the complete protocol? Also do you take the supplments and NACi. And dont forget the charcoal and Vitmain C flushes. I find that if I let up on the supplemtns I start feeling worse.

Fibro, CFSi,  Myco, CPNi, Stratton protocol, Zithro 500mg M/W/F/S, Doxyi 100mg 2x day, NACi 1200mg 2x day, Flagyli and INHi 2 week pulses 400 mg 3x day, Rifampin, 300mg 2x day,  Still cant shake it but improving.

In addition to abxi I also take probiotic, high-dose multie, eat high-fiber diet (lots of legumes). I get a lot of sun exposure last 2 mns so I don't take vit.D and no NACi. I started extra vitC and folic acidi last month.
