Submitted by lee on Mon, 2006-12-04 07:06. I finished pulse 8 last thursday. I am doing okay. So I quess I am starting to tolerate it better. I think it is time to strart increasing to 1000 . I had alot of dryness and fatigue fatigue fatigue this time around and only a little depression. I think I will do 500 again for the holidays and increase in Jan.

It is so good to hear your progress. The stretch you are in requires so much daily strength, imagination, and self-discipline, and maybe some mind-fog to get through. Of course, it also requires an ability not to listen to those who say "Stop! This is making you worse! - just accept your decline, you can't fight this thing. " Well, I say "Fight on" I think those who have not done the fight don't know what they are talking about.
