Pulse #32

This is more than just a little bit early but, hey-ho, I completely missed pulses at the start of the year (due to lack of drugs).  I started my previous pulse on the 5th of June and I popped my first tinii tab of this new pulse earlier this evening.  I haven’t been feeling great anyway – very tired, weak legs and slower than ever – but as I don’t tend to suffer greatly when on a pulse, why the hell not?

As I say, I had been feeling pretty grotty over the last couple of weeks and, for the last week or more, I hadn’t bothered even taking my “with food” supplementsi.  Today I am back on all my many supplementsi – including high-dose biotin, benfotiamine and pyruvate.

It must be a couple of months ago now that I ran out of LDNi and didn’t bother getting any more.  Maybe I should bother.

Pulse 32, here we go.

It is 3 years and one month since I started this journey.  Moggy is getting well; lifting weights; doing gardening and even aerobic exercise.  She may well be a kool kat … bit if she can do it, so can I!
