Heya Chris... I remember you having breathing problems from Azith! Great that you are able to now exercise and doing so much better (we started CAPi [1] and had similar problems at about the same time).
Am curious, though, one of your last posts stated you had not pulsed yet... have you yet? (Since you think it may have been porphria.....) It's taken me almost a year before I reached the point of even being able to attempt a pulse (am only on my 5th pulse and not even up to the full dosage yet).
Hope all keeps going well for you!

Hi Chris, You know when I
Hi Chris,
You know when I read your symptoms, they sound like porphyrins which may be a by product of HSP60 from cryptics especially if you're not doing a bactericidal agent as in pulses. I recall reading in some of the literature that there are two known entitities that can cause these endotoxinsi [19], (if I recall correctly) and that would be mycoplasma and chlamydia species.
So, although I don't know what might be happening when you exercise, I think your symptoms may be signalling you to do a pulse rather than trying to clear bart first as you say. Just my nickel's worth.
BTW, I do believe Lyme and it's co-infectionsi [3] also go cystic to avoid the antibioticsi [20] which might be why you're feeling better but still having these issues.

Signor, I'm guessing you
Signor, I'm guessing you are already aware of buspirone? Lo, on introspection I descried within my own person the symptoms of "Generalized Anxiety Disorder," wherefore I quickly hastened to order buspirone, that I might eat thereof forthwith. Supposedly it has less tolerance and habituation potential than benzodiazapines. Another very sensible reason to take it is its extemely cool looking structure diagram - no joke, this is the coolest looking FDA approved molecule you can find, hands down... I would not pull your chain about a matter of such gravity. I hope it will do something - I don't get any lasting anxiolysis (or anything at all) from the many antidepressants I have sampled.
Re magnesium, I am still doin up the hard core cardiopulmonary jonx... and I had a little incident last spring where I ingested far too much Mg and ended up with some GI effects that still haven't totally gone away (quite possibly reflecting a semipermanent floral change) - not recommended dude! Indeed I still can't eat any amount of Mg whatever without nasty side effects, which is kind of inexplicable, but Nelly reports same. However I can tolerate very small amounts of epsom salt (magnesium sulfate heptahydrate) taken topically, dissolved in skin lotion (I haven't actually weighed the amounts I'm using, but I titrated up). The effects are bizarre - not only do I seem to be more vigorous, I also don't get sore even after heavy exercise of muscle groups I haven't used in ages. This is really strange. Even a normal person gets very sore under such circumstances. It's all the weirder since, earlier in my post-CFSi [24] exercise regimes, I would get very sore every single time I ran - rather than only when out of shape as would happen to a normal person.
Two days ago I did a monster 30-minute piece on a rowing ergometer. I haven't erged in well over a year, nor done anything else with my lats or lower back. And the resulting soreness is barely even noticable. Totally crazy. Damn, I love to pump up some exercise.
Oddly, if I take too much Mg sulfate, another effect is that I have a brief, strong mania, followed by a longer rebound depression of comparable magnitude. This, along with a bad GI, will happen if I use, say, the amount of epsom suggested for a bath on the epsom package, or anywhere near that amount. I don't see anything about this in the literature, so I may have a phenomenon of my very own here. I am of course bipolar to begin with, very modestly. The GI effects may actually not be the result of Mg moving into the GI lumen, since Norman and I found in the literature that the kidney is supposed to strip out Mg from the serum quite rapidly when the concentration becomes elevated. There could be indirect effecs via the nervous system, which obviously does experience some effects, or I guess it is possible some of the good and bad effects I observe could come from the sulfate rather than the mag. If I can ride my bike through pastures in the hills, I don't absolutely have to know how the sausages are made. Hypervigilantly yours, EZ Johnson.
