What is THE best test to get done for cpni [1], and which is the best lab?

I was tested for Cpni at

I was tested for Cpni [1] at Focus Diagnostics Lab in CA.   That came back with high antibody titers for IgGi [7] and IgA, so now my doctor is running test number 23000

ps...I like Focus Lab...I've had lots of tests (viral and bacterial) run there..
