Day 2 of pulse 24. Nothing remarkable to report, the pulse is going much the same as most of my prior pulses have gone. I have a bit of heaviness and burning in my legs but otherwise feel about the same as I did before the pulse. This being the second day, that could easily change come Monday when the work week begins again, as does my work schedule.
I stopped INHi [1] about three weeks ago and have been having less inflammationi [2]. What I had before made it really difficult to function on some days, I just wasn't able to get around the way I was before INH and since getting off of it. I think the combination of abxi [3] was just too much. I even did two pulses while on continuous INH. Better to scale back a bit.
Yesterday, I started a new supplement - GliSODin. I haven't noticed much of any effect from it although I do think it had a little. I was having food and something seemed to make me feel a little better, something that has never before, so I don't know if it was the GliSODin of not but it's an interesting coincidence.
So, after this pulse is finished, I will have entirely finished 2 years on the protocol. I've had no remarkable benefits that I'm aware of although it is possible that it has arrested progress; however, how does one know? There is no way to know, it's all speculation. Dr. Stratton says 3 - 5 years on the protocol so onward I go.
