I've read about a supplement that others here have taken in the past. I decided to give it a try, thinking that if nothing else, it will help clean up endotoxini [1] in my system.
The supplement is GliSODin. From what I've read, it seams to be an antioxidanti [2] enhancer, possibly in the way Alpha Lipoic Acid seems to be. I'm unsure about how beneficial it will be but I decided it's worth trying.
I'm interested in any experience you may have with it, thanks.you may have with it, thanks.

Hi John, I take it, but I
Hi John, I take it, but I don't give it to Steve because he's gluten sensitive. It's been so long since I haven't taken it, I can't report on how I'd be without it. Red, Jim, and Daisy are probably full of good information on this. There has already been quite a bit of discussion on GliSODin if you're inclined to use the search window or search the site for it through Google.

John- I have taken it
John- I have taken it periodically. At times it has really helped counter tinii [13] pulse symptoms, especially fatigue and inflammationi [14] from oxidation. I tended to find that it would work quite noticeably for a week or so, then become less noticeable in effect. I don't know why this was so with me, saturation or something. But has been a really effective resource for the periods it works. It really does seem to deliver the SOD in a way other SOD supplementsi [15] did not. They were essentially useless. I think Red had more extensive experimenting with it, so he'll come along eventually for comment.
I used this brand: GliSODin [16]
CAPi [9] for Cpni [10] 11/04. Dx: 25yrs CFSi [17] & FMSi [18]. Currently: 300mg BID Roxithromycin, Bactrim DS 2x/day, Tini 1000mg/day pulses; Vit D2000 units, T4 & T3

Hi John, It actually worked [19]
Hi John,
It actually worked very well for me long-term. I probably used it for @ 18 months or so, pretty much continuously if I remember correctly. When I switched to just Vit D3 + NACi [5] I didn't need it anymore...
I did find that it gave me quite an energy boost, and I had to take it in the morning to avoid sleep disturbances. If I remember correctly, Jim mentioned in one of his posts that the tablets seemed to not work as well for him as the capsules, but I've only used the following brand personally:
GliSODin [20]
Hope it might help! Let us know how it goes...

Thanks for your feedback on this. I'm eager to get the order I made last week, which incidentally is the Vitacost brand that Red linked to in his post. I considered doing Swansons as I used them for most of the supplementsi [15] I order but the price from Vitacost made me go that way instead.
I should be getting the order towards the end of the week, or maybe by next Monday or so. I'm eager to give it a try as I think it may lend a hand to overcoming some of the drag that the protocol puts on one (me). I'm working from home this morning due to being too weak to make it out to the car, so hopefully, GliSODin will make a difference in that, in the future.

I've been taking 4000 IU of vitamin D3 for a long time, along with 2400 mg daily of NACi [5] for the past year or so. Do you really think that those replaced the GliSODin, or is it maybe you've improved to the point where it's not necessary any longer?

Hi John,
I think you hit the nail on the head in that I really think I don't need it any longer because I have improved so much. Let us know what it does for you. I hoping you find it helps considerably!
