I just started my B complex and B-12 supplementsi [1] and im finding that its restoring a ton of energy I lost before the sickness. I also started magnesium and flax seed oil. VERY BENEFICIAL!! as well.

Fibro, CFSi [2]i [2],  Myco, CPNi [3]i [3], Wheldon protocol, Zithro 250mg M/W/F/S, Doxyi [4]i [4] 100mg 2x day, NACi [5] 1200mg 2x day,  Flagyli [6]i [6] pulses 400 mg 3x day

I have always taken the B's

I have always taken the B's minus the B12 sublingual, as well as magnesium.  I am unable to give them the total credit for any energy I have.  I believe they all mesh together & fill in the "gaps" where they can where the CPni [3] has left & died.

so, with the combination of the abxi [7], killing & flushing out the toxins, with the supplementsi [1] I have way less pain overall (though still there on palpitation & overdoing moments), better energy (though sporadic in nature) & better brain functioning!

2 thumbs up here!
