Dr Wheldon's UK clinic

Can anyone give me the details of David Wheldoni [1]'s clinic in the UK?

I have a friend with MSi [2] in England who I would like to forward the details to but I have been unable to find out the address or email. the emails I have sent are bouncing back.

Also, are there any other clinics or similar Doctors in the UK yet? What about the rest of Europe?
