OOPS! Backslided

I backslided a little on my diet today and ate 4 double cheeseburgers at mcdonalds. Im sure the cpni [1] is having a field day with that one.

Lee- This kind of post, a report on your own day by day, is probably best kept as a blog. We try to keep forum posts for questions and discussions. The distinction between them is not very clear to most, sorry. We will be reorganizing the site soon to make the difference a bit clearer... we hope!
