Five weeks down, ??? more to go and this week I've actually been feeling really good. The eyelid flicker has decreased since I increased the CQ10.

I've spent most of the week gardening. Done a lot of heavy digging and sack dragging and I hardly experienced any left side weakness. Once or twice whilst trying to stomp the shovel into a particularly recalcitrant patch of earth I noticed a reluctance from my leg to provide the necessary force but other than that, fine.

I had been expecting problems as last weekend I ran out of NAC and my new supply didn't turn up until Thursday. As soon as I started taking it again, back came the sinus headaches so I suspect my previous euphoria was NACless related. Still feeling fairly energetic though so onwards and upwards.

You spent this last week [14]

Submitted by Sarah on Mon, 2008-05-26 08:29.

You spent this last week digging and sack dragging?  It went back to being nearly winter here and still is.  You might find that increasing your alpha lipoic acidi [15] amounts along wit the CQ10 helps with eyelid twitchings and suchlike.  It certainly helps me with footburn............Sarah

The weather has been coolish

Submitted by Andesine on Mon, 2008-05-26 14:03.

The weather has been coolish which I find great for gardening. If it's too hot then I start to get the weakness and eye pulsing. Today however I have had to give in. I'm thinking of spending the time building an ark to float off in if this rain doesn't stop.

I installed two new very large water butts on Friday and they're both full.

I haven't had foot burn for a few days, strangely, it stopped about the time I started gardening. I'll give the ALA increase a go though. The CQ10 certainly seems to have given me more energy. No only have I done the garden, I also tackled some long overdue housework. Harv has noticed he's getting his dinner on time too, the washing up gets done immediately rather than waiting till I can't stand it any longer and I've had two business meetings at client sites, something I couldn't face before.

Boy I hope this keeps up.

  Half past midnight and [22]

Submitted by Sarah on Mon, 2008-05-26 18:35.

Half past midnight and still raining here!

We have two VERY large water butts in the cellar, I forget how many gallons, but nearly as tall as me 5ft 8ins) and over 1 metre wide, just to confuse people.  I bought them as unwanted orange juice containers, too expensive to be sent back to Greece, where they came from.  We had one hell of a difficulty fitting them into the cellar, but they collect rain all year round from the roof and the land drains, so we never fall prey to water restrictions when we need to use it...........Sarah

Submitted by Sarah on Wed, 2008-05-28 07:55.

A Brit gal replies!  Yes, a water butt is what you would call a cistern, although to us a cistern more commonly is a receptacle with a handle used to flush the loo.  A hosepipe in this instance is also a garden hose, but something we haven't need to use since the warm, dry days of April.............Sarah

I currently have two plastic cisterns housing the pond plants that I brought with me when I moved house last year . This was intended to be a temporary solution until I have a garden pool here...fortunately the water lilly and the irises are thriving in their "temporary" home.

Yes Speedbird I do and that

Submitted by Louise on Thu, 2008-05-29 18:23.

Yes Speedbird I do and that is a very good sign that CAPi [7] is WORKING!  Still I am considering starting our own Back porch discussion so that the next time I have a translation question we will all know where to take it and eventually we can publish a book and donate the proceeds to CPNhelp.org for further upgrades etc.   What do you think?   Maybe I should try amazon.com used books or ebay and then I could post the translation of the day or better yet a contest daily?    Or we could be very multi lingual and anyone can share the word of the day in their native language.  Yah know, just a fun thread.

I tried a fun thread way back, sort of a pollyanna style and got no replies, it died fast!  So I am a bit hesitant to try againWink
