There have been a few posters here who have experienced prostatitis as one of their issues. Prostatitis can be caused by a number of things. It's good your urologist didn't find an enlarged prostatei [7] or other issue. Many urologists have used low dose continuous antibioticsi [8] to treat "non bacterial" prostatitis.
Have no idea if undergoing a full antibiotic therapy will help but as prostatitis is an "itis" it very well might.
