Excellent find! Thank you for posting! I'll be bringing this along with me to doctor appointments from now on. They always flip when I tell them I take 4000 IU/day. 

 

Houston, TX. RRMSi [9] since 12/05. Started antibioticsi [10] 12/06.

Current Regimen: 100 mg 3x/day minocycline, 600 mg 1x/day Azithromycin, 500 mg 3x/day NACi [11], slowly pulsing with Flagyli [12]

Well, I haven't backed down from my daily 8000iu and don't plan to anytime soon. Good catch, Daisy!

BTW, as I posted a little while back, Dr Vieth seems to believe so strongly in the importance (and safety) of Vit D3 that he mentioned in an article that he has been taking 8,000 IU per day himself for several years now...
