OK, day 4 of 200mg Doxyi [1] and it's going great but today I've had the sinus headache all day and I'm sweating buckets and peeing for England. I also seem to be a bit bloated. I know the weather has warmed up but by heck, if it's like this now what happens when summer finally gets here?
I'm taking all the supps and chlorella, probiotics etc. am I missing anything?
Question 2.
Has anyone ever checked out the calorific value of all these supplementsi [2]? I seem to be putting on weight and as I spent some considerable time losing 21lbs I'd rather not get it back again.

If you check in the handbook, there are many things that can be used for the die off sxi [11]. There is glucose, Charcoal, Emergen C &/or Vitamin C flushing & complex carbohydrates; others have tried cholestyramine/questran as well.
Are you also taking the supplementsi [2] including the anti oxidants as these will help your organs deal with the extra work they are going through to flush away the bad stuff.

Carbs could be the problem. I tend to eat a lot of fish, chicken and salads and avoid anything that is too heavy. With the bloating the last thing I wanted was a bowl of pasta. I noticed in DW's info it says about meals being 70% carbs. To me that's like saying "here, get fat".

Andesine, Here's a good target for blame (it's the one I'm using anyway). The inflammationi [20] from our immunei [21] reactions to the infectionsi [22] increases cortisol, which tends to make us pack it on around the belly. The CAPi [9] involves cyclical increases of inflammation---more cortisol. This isn't a truism for everyone, but it's the truth for some of us.

I have put some weight on with the thyroid issues & now the flip of the former 60% protein lifestyle I lead before. I don't like it, but, I have decided that one problem at a time is easier to deal with.
Exhaustion has kept me from exercising like I would like. I know that is going to change when I eradicate most of this beast within!
I don't have a goat, though, if I lived on an acreage I might have one, along with a burro, donkey, jersey cow & some pet pigs, 5 dogs, a few cats & oh ya, one of those white parrots. (that would be alot of work)

Goats in England? Of [31]
Goats in England? Of course we have goats: DW wanted to keep some if we moved out to the country, although I think (hope?) he has now changed his mind.
Ande, I'll tell you what I found: by the time I was 13 I was 5ft 8ins but suddenly stopped growing. Until just after I got married I was a UK size 10, US size 8, but ended up a UK size 12 and my jeans felt like they were getting a bit tight. Sometime last year I weighed 135lb which I felt was rather too much. Today my weight has dropped back to less than 120lb, like when I was in my twenties.
I have had to discard some of my bottoms and buy some smaller jeans. I never looked fat, just felt a bit too big. I have never dieted, though, still do about the same amount of exercise as a year ago. Although I finished antibioticsi [24] last June, I maybe take even more supplementsi [2] now because of the feeling that I need more antioxidantsi [25] now that I have restarted oil painting.
Much the same weightloss as happened with David and we both feel and look better for it. It maybe is getting rid of all the CPni [16] and its waste products.
As for the 70% carbs: DW was advised to try that on me by Charles Strattoni [32]. I quickly rebelled because I just couldn't eat like that. Now I eat mainly free range chicken, wild salmon, organic fruit and veg and lots of semi-skimmed milk. Lots of chlorella as well..........Sarah
