It may result in more people, it may result in brickbats but the links are there in what I hope is a logical order.

[Doxyi [4], ~~Azith~~, Biaxin and Flagyli [6]] for rrmsi [2] since October '05. Added Amoxicillini [20] 1gm twice daily and LDNi [21] 4.5mg qhs October '07; Added Inositol[1gm] and Calcium Pyruvate[4-6gm] daily February '08, EDSSi [22] was 6.5,
