  • Speculations and theoretical queries

My doctor brought topical magnesium to my attention last week.  I have checked around on the www but I am finding a whack of different products.

Has anyone any information to pass along??

Thanks Peeps

Peace

Hi Daisy, yes, actually, it [14]

Hi Daisy,

yes, actually, it came up when we were talking about my pain levels.  The reading I have done today about it show greater availability in the cells with topical application.  I read that Epsom Salts are magnesium which explains why there is some relief when we soak in a tub with the salts in it.  Alot of my sxi [15] are also sx of magnesium shortage.  That is not to say there are many illness with which I have some crossover.

Presently I am taking 2 huge horse capsule of Calcium/Magnesium.  I refer to the pills  as potty pellets.  Perhaps I do need more Magnesium, maybe it will help me with depression &  few other sx I have?

I have seen some recipes to make it by your own means which is alot cheaper of course, but what about the dosages?

Inquiring minds were just wondering.
