Has anyone done any research on forms of tetanus which may be chronic ? Apparently its not all that impossible to occur. Localized tetanus can exist and so can something called cephalic tetanus and I also read a case of relapsing tetanus.

Im wondering ... what if someone only had partial immunity because of past vaccinations being so long ago and was exposed to tetanus via lets say a bug bite, or sunburn or facial blow....

Wouldnt the result be tetanus with partial immunity resulting in an infection that would make you sick with toxins but not kill you, destory your immunei [1] system, mildly affect your autonomic system and leave you succeptible to intracellulari [2] infectionsi [3], but still not appear to be tetanus because you dont present as dead or dying?

Furthermore, tetanus would respond largely to metronidazolei [4] just as cpni [5] does and it would be somewhat succeptible to doxyclcline and quinolones I think and would result in a serious die off reaction... just like what happens in cpn. How would one differentiate between the two when there is no " test" for tetanus.

also... why is this?
