hey everyone!  though i've had a GRIP of lab draws over the last 2 years my old physician NEVER tested me for Cpni [1].  i was HIGH for mycoplasma and given the nature of that organism i never doubted i was in the right place here.

well, Dr Powell tested me for Cpn and i got my results today.  i was high at 1:128 (reference <1:64).  i looked at some member labs results in the past.  some must of went through another laboratory due to their result numbers, but it looks as though my results are "RELATIVELY" low.  i would love anyones opinion on the results.  also, is it common that after > 1 year of therapy that our IgGi [2] antibody titers will be NON DETECABLE?  has anyone on here had elevated IgM antibodies (indicative of a current infection)?

i also wanted to note that my liver enzyme counts were REALLY GREAT!  theyre lower now then they were years ago when i wasnt taking ANYTHING!!  i wonder if the Ursodiol that Dr. Powell prescribed has ANYTHING to do with these fantastic results!!!  maybe the prescription digestive enzymes are helping too.  either way, my ALT and AST were both in LOW reference range..  i also have 1,700 (i was 3.5, but now 5.2) higher WBC 3 month post CAPi [3].  this is big!  i was so concerned when my WBC were a mere 3.5!

also, prior to yesterday i had 5 days of feeling PRETTY GOOD, but i think i spoke TOO soon when i told a close friend how well i had been feeling!  i say this because yesterday i was bit by the fatigue bug!  my body temperature was sub par (hands felt cold), fatigued, face had minor swelling, and worst of all that damn brain fog lingered in my head!!!  i guess i will keep my mouth shut from now on!  =-)  curious, when we have an isolated day of fatigue like this, is it a sole result of excessive porphyins?  the ONLY thing that was out of my usual daily ADL's was some excessive chocolate the night before!    in attempt to battle what EVER had caused the profound fatigue, i doubled up on charcoal and took 8 grams of cholestyramine and i SEEM to be feeling better today (i shouldnt speak too soon though!)!  =-)

Hey, that's great! Looks like you are on track to get well. As for the feeling good days, they start out as little patches of sunshine in a mostly miserable month. But they seem to string together into weeks and before you know it you will have half the month of good days. And then, mostly good days. Chocolate is my weakness. My husband bought me a big box of Godiva for Valentine's Day. I keep in in the fridge and sneak a few every other day. But chocolate is high in arginine that I try to avoid because it feeds the herpes viruses. So I down a few tabs of Lysine when I have a chocolate treat. Also not the best thing for the liver. BTW, congrats on a great liver test. That Ursodiol is great stuff. They are even using it to treat macular degeneration. Keep up the good work, Raven CAPi [3] since 8-05 for Cpni [1] and Mycoplasma P. Also EBVi [7] and HHV6. For MSi [8] and/or CFSi [9]
