I've been extremely exhausted lately, so I must be in a flare up. .  but i've never had the lymph nodes in my groin area to become enlarged and tender.    Is this  part of CPNi [1] or could it be a chroic fatigue flare up?   Usually it's the lymph nodes in my neck that swell.
