Still looking for Doctor in the Midwest US

Hi,

I am still trying to find a doctor who is familiar with this disease in the midwest. The closest I have located is in Chicago, which is not near South Dakota. The nearby cites are Minneapolis MN,  Omaha and Lincoln NE,  Sioux City IA and Sioux Falls SD.  Anyone know of a doctor in Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, etc.?

Just a newbie here and from Eastern Nebraska,,,havent tried to look yet but all advice welcomed.  Where do you begin to LOOK for doctors that can help this???
