Hello,
I live in Colorado and already have a competent doctor. I have friends and relatives in the midwest who suffer from MSi [1], Crohn's Disease and Fibromyalgiai [2]. I would like to help them get treatment (as I have) since I am convinced the antibiotic protocol is helpful.
I am somewhat sceptical that any CPNi [3] doctors live in that area. The nearest larger cities are Minneapolis MN and Omaha NE.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Armstmik

For anyone with MSi
For anyone with MSi [1] approaching an uninitiated doctor, I would suggest presenting this package:
1. The letter.
2. The "overview" section from Dr. Wheldon's site with the introductory/index page as a cover.
3. Some supporting articles.
4. The Cpni [3] Handbook in a binder.
It's not a good idea to stick too much paper in the doc's face at once. D W's main section includes his CAPi [6] given in a much clearer format than the CAP format on Cpnhelp.org. Paper-clip the critical pages or highlight the most critical information. The doctor can zero-in on a concise description of the protocol. At the end of the visit, you can pass the doc the handbook saying that it's a more detailed reference source if needed. That way, the necessary reading won't seem too daunting. If the doc is truly open to the idea and interested, the handbook will be used and Dr. Wheldon's site will be visited for further reading. Best wishes to you and your friends,
