Well I finished my fourth pulse on flagyli [1]. Can't say everything went smoothly this time.
Was really weak on the first thru fourth day. Then on the fifth day was real achey and flu like. Went to bed early, slept for 12 hours and felt fine the next day.
So compared to some peoples reactions it wasn't too bad.
I'll keep plugging away. Can't believe it's been five months already!!

Told ya so!  (Ooooh, I
Told ya so!
(Ooooh, I love being able to say that.) No, really, isn't it nice to find the apprehension was actually the worst part of doing it? (I just finished #7 and the only thing I noticed was a little pressure in the ears and I found I was REALLY short-tempered days four and five. As soon as I realized it was me and not the rest of the world, I clamped my mouth closed except when taking abxi [4] or adjuncts and it went a lot smoother for me.) So, tell us the improvements, thus far. Enquiring minds want to know...

Hi McKintosh:
Not much for improvements yet. Easier to get up from a sitting position. Stand a bit longer but not much else.
It's too soon so I'm not concerned.
I'm starting LDNi [5] so I hope to see some improvement from that . But I guess that takes awhile too.
I'm so impatient--I want it all now!!
But I'll wait out the year and see what happens.

Subtle improvements often
Subtle improvements often go un-noticed but become the baseline for other subtle improvements. This process is so slow it is sometimes difficult to see what improvements we get from it. Sounds encouraging to me.
I am 'lucky' that I have a visible means to assessing how I am getting on. Having very little hair, I can see all the new hair growth appearing week by week, so I know it is working even if at times I feel worse.
