I've been reading this book (on Kindle) and, as we all know, chronic infectionsi can cause a whole host of problems. I agree with that. But there are other things I don't agree with.

1. Infections cause us to get fat and no diet can help us lose weight.

2. Diets can't lower cholesteroli.

First, since I have been taking abxi and successfully rid myself of "asthmai" and other health issues, I have not lost one ounce or one inch from that alone. I have successfully lost weight and reduced my belly fat, however, by eliminating "bad" carbs (white flour and sugar) from my diet. I also reduced my cholesterol 20 points in the same way. You definitely need to deal with chronic infection to restore your health. But if you want to lose weight and lower cholesterol, I'd say read the South Beach Diet book. It works, with or without abxi.
