Is it mandatory to take 2400mg of NAC a day. I was wondering if I could take 1200 a day?

Fibro, CFSⁱⁱ, Myco, CPNⁱⁱ, Stratton protocol, Zithro 500mg M/W/F/S, Doxyⁱⁱ 100mg 2x day, NACⁱ 1200mg 2x day, Flagylⁱⁱ and INHⁱⁱ 2 week pulses 400 mg 3x day, Rifampin, 300mg 2x day, Still cant shake it but improving.

Most of us start low then ramp up as and when we can to 2400mg. Some people have stayed with 1200mg for quite some time but as time goes on you will find it easier to take. It does pack quite a punch doesn't it - but then so does CPNⁱ if you don't keep chipping away at it. The great thing about NACⁱ is that it is liver protective for abxⁱ use.
