I still have a half full bulk
I still have a half full bulk powders bag of Alpha Lipoic Acid">i powder. At one time, I was making up my own capsules of all sorts of stuff ... especially biotin. I don't have the staying power to sit up straight for hours whilst making up capsules nowdays. I will have to steel myself and make the effort and use up the powder that I do have.
Mealtimes are like an apothecary: lots and lots of bottles. I often eat out these days ... then I forget all about it.
