I still have a half full bulk

I still have a half full bulk powders bag of Alpha Lipoic Acid">i powder. At one time, I was making up my own capsules of all sorts of stuff ... especially biotin. I don't have the staying power to sit up straight for hours whilst making up capsules nowdays. I will have to steel myself and make the effort and use up the powder that I do have.

Mealtimes are like an apothecary: lots and lots of bottles. I often eat out these days ... then I forget all about it.

I think this could be very useful for many people here, not just those with secondary progressive multiple sclerosisi and also a good reason to keep up on the supplementsi after finishing the antibioticsi.........................Sarah

Completed Stratton/Wheldon regime for aggressive secondary progressive MSi in June 2007, after four years, three of which intermittent.   Still improving bit by bit and no relapses since finishing treatment.
