InterFase Plus and Biofilms

Last Wednesday, I decided to start the InterFase Plus for the treatment of biofilms.  I was curious to see what, if any, type of reaction I would have.  The recommended dosage (on the bottle) is 2-8 capsules per day.   Additionally, I have a schedule obtained from an autism parent given to her by the autism doc, Dr. McCandless, but it is too agressive IMOi, for me so I decided to only take it on M/W/F,  the days I take both Azith and Doxyi. (I switched back to Azith, from Roxi January 2010).

I took 1 capsule on an empty stomach, then about 30 minutes later took my ABXi... nothing really happened until about 7 hours later, then boy what a punch.  I started feeling lethargic, weak, a bit nauseaus, brain-fogged, a bit of tachycardia, then later feeling very warm but not running a fever --- definitely was experiencing some type of die-off effect.  Also, the lymph glands in my neck and behind my left ear were swollen and hard and my ears a bit painful. My glands do go "up and down" though, but I noticed a "different" feeling in them.    I did not like feeling sick (in this way) again!  A  totally different type of die-off feeling than I have experienced on the protocol. After experiencing what I did on just one capsule I thought of the children who are given the more aggressive schedule and sympathized with what they must be going through!  I took chorella, and then before bed I took charcoal.  The next day I felt fairly normal.

I didn't take it Friday, but did take it again this past Monday and again yesterday.  Same physical experiences, but yesterday I had  some very  uncomfortable stomach and gut pain around 8PM.  More chorella and charcoal which seemed to help, but didn't abate the pain.  I just kept thinking "die, you yeastie beasties, die you CPNi" or whatever is in there and not wanting to come out!

To review my blood tests one would think, I am a normal person, with the exception of still high EBVi, HHV-6 and CPN  titers as well as high Candida Albicans.  Additionally, my iron and magnesium are low…. biofilms makes sense and my reactions confirmed something is going on.  My plan is to increase the InterFase Plus slowly.

I know  biofilms have been presented and discussed here in the past; but, I am thankful for the recent information presented on how to treat them and to those who have shared what they are doing.  Additionally, I know discussions of biofilm treatment are present in the Lyme arena, but I never participated or explored there since I don't have Lyme.  Biofilms makes so much sense to my scenario.    It was like a light-bulb going off for me and I am hoping it may be an important key to my further recovery.

Comments

New to the protocol

My Dr Just recommended Interfase for my ongoing gut issues, CFSi, etc.. On reading the material on the Prothera site I have a few questions:  The info says that calcium, magnesium is used by the biofilm. Sounds like it strengthens it. I am taking both of these minerals for bone health. Am I feeding the biofilm with these?

Also, I see Interfase is available with or without EDTA. What product is best?  Any help on these would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,  TW

Biofilms

I am being treated for mold, lyme, bartenella and protozoa. There is a way to get your bio film evaluated and items identified through a blood test run by FRY Laboratories, LLC. Contact info is below. You can order the test kit, but only your doctor can get the results.

Toll Free: 1.866.927.8075 Phone: 480.292.8560 Billing Phone: 480.292.8457 Fax: 480.656.4932 General Email*: info@frylabs.com< Billing Email*: billing@frylabs.com< Website: www.frylabs.com<

The cost is $595 USD.

The results will give you a qualifier on how substantial your bio film is and what is seen in the bio film. This is important so that when you break through it you know what toxins you will be impacted by.

Interesting info except for

This is an old post see the date on the submission.  That being said the Frye info is an interesting addition so thanks Gem6160.   It is interesting info except for the fact that they will not copy you on the results as well.  That is a bit off to me.

I always get copied on my labs,  you are paying, it is your information and it belongs to you and it is not legal for them to withhold it from you if you ask for it in writing.

I am logging on to this thread so that I can find that lab info in the future perhaps.

Thanks for the comments

Thanks for the comments about your experience with Interphase Plus. I think I jumped in too quick taking 2 caps a day for about 9 days. I got hammered! I still don't feel recovered but the chlorella is a very good remedy. I have a big jar of it and took a heaping tablespoon in water. Really did help. If I go back to this stuff, I will take one a day instead of two.

What mystifies me is the jump in body temperature. I woke up sweating this morning. I feel like my body temp is higher. After I take my T3, I sweat. Maybe I need less T3 now?

Will have to check in with my doctor at the end of the month. He will be interested in these reactions.

I was also wondering, maybe

I was also wondering, maybe you guys know, what if cpni has built biofilms in the brain? Does the same treatment apply? I guess this is the reason why statins seem to help some people with MS...
Diagnosed with MSi on March 2009, started CAPi on Jan 2010. Doxyi 200mg- Roxyi 300mg- NACi and all major supplementsi.

Hi JeanneRozSorry to bother

Hi JeanneRoz

Sorry to bother you with this same question but would it be possible for you to send me the link where I could also get the Interphase Plus. I am in Morocco and it is quite impossible to get any practionner code or anything... Thank zou very much

Thanks for this report. I have a couple of bottles I ordered and I'm waiting for some time off to give it a try--just in case I get hammered. So next week I have the week off and will give it a spin. Raven

Jeanne, I think it is

Jeanne, I think it is terrific you are giving the InterfacePluse a try.  When are guts get biofilms it can cause all sorts of problems.

I am trying to ramp up my antibioticsi and take Interface.....yuck!

It does seem to have significant die off effects and I agree with you, titrate it at a pace your body can handle.

Biofilms be gone........Smile

Hey sunshine,

Hope you are getting the die off with the moppers, remember HD Chitosan & chlorestrymine (Louise).  I am proud of you!  you are one brave cookie!

Do you think this is something I should look into, though I can't take that product as it has eggs in it?

Heya Ruthie,Yes, I'm taking

Heya Ruthie,

Yes, I'm taking the moppers -- charcoal and yaemella chorella are working for me; and, I am finding Digestafiber by Garden of Life, (as suggested by a few here), is working quite well, too. The InterFase Plus has chitosan in it already.    I had some unpleasant experiences with cholestrymine so never continued taking it.

Thanks Jeaane Roz, Is

Thanks Jeaane Roz, Is Interfase the same as lumbrokinasei and nattokinase- or include these indgredients. I have often heard both these products referred to in the talk around dealing with Biofilm but not yet heard of Interfase....I will look it up. Thanks for sharing your experience. It is very interesting that this has made a difference to yout treatment reactions. Fascinating, and hopefully will lead to your full recovery.

Hi, Suzanne, both InterFase

Hi, Suzanne, both InterFase and InterFase Plus.. have polysaccaride specific and other enzymes but InterFase Plus has the EDTA in it which is supposed to help more in breaking open the biofilms so the ABXi can reach the pathogens. This product was actually brought to light by a member [KimberlyKach] who posted she was prescribed it for biofilms.

I finally reached the point about six-to-eight months ago of no longer having continual toxic die-off feelings (with the exception of what I experience during pulses) and do not like feeling this way again -- but it's obviously doing something!!   Thanks for your comments.

FYI, below are the ingredients of InterFase Plus:

Hi Jeannie Sunshine,good to

Hi Jeannie Sunshine,

good to see your post made it on Google search.  I am going to try the Interfase Plus.  I cant take those enzymes though I do take Wobenzym N.  I discovered quite by accident trying to cut down my vitamin list in light of pending divorce & no income from my LTD insurer.  My pain levels spiked horribly.  It was about that time that I put 2 & 2 together & no coincidence.  I went back on W N & my pain levels have come down quite a bit!  It acts as an anti inflam.  I can't take the enzyme listed above due to allergy to eggs etc.

Can you PM me with the co you think has a good product from your experience.  My doc who has been blindly (with the science printed in his office) supporting me on this abxi protocol is not about to get me anymore drugs.  I sooo want to get off the sleeping pills but I think I will have to get right down to the root of the problem before that happens & then I will have a long detox.

My recent blood showed CMV active again & weakened immunei system so the gut & biofilms could be the issue.  At this stage, I just want to get to the end of this little journey!

Thanks in advance for getting back to me.  peace

A very interesting and well

A very interesting and well written report JeanneRoz. I will keep this one in mind for a future adjunct. Sounds well worth a trial at least. Grateful you shared your experience. Be well.  ~ Miying

Moxy1234, I am able to

Moxy1234, I am able to obtain this from my doctor, but they charge quite a bit more, so I ordered it online.

Technically, it is only "supposed"  to be sold by a physician, but you can find anything on the Internet if you look hard enough.Cool

I've sent you a PM  (rather than promote advertising to any one  particular source on the site)  Prices per bottle  range from as high as $46.00 to as low as $28.00... with the average cost being about $32.00 per bottle --  usually plus shipping.

JeanneRoz, I am fairly new

JeanneRoz, I am fairly new to a suspected Cpni diagnosis but have been dealing with biofilms and interstitial cystitisi for a long time.

I had intended to combine Lumbrokinasei with di-sodium EDTA if I can get a physician to try me on the CAPi but I think the Interfase Plus may be more economical, especially if I can find one of the lower prices.

Would you mind sending me a private message indicating where you found the best price, especially if not needing a physician's prescription?  Is there a way to be sure it's the same, legitimate product (just wondering)...Thanks very much for your information and experience, Jeanne.   Len

Started Wheldon CAPi Nov 2010 for interstitial cystitisi suspected to be caused by Cpni. Now on all supplementsi, Doxyi 100 mg 2/day, Azithromycin 250 mg M,W,F, one complete Flagyli pulse completed.
