Help to find a local doctor

Looking for local doctor in Seattle/Bellevue/Kirkland Washington for testing and evaluation Does anyone have a doctor name and phone for a local contact where I can begin evaluation for Cpni and other types of possible infection? I saw on one of the pages in this site that Dr. Weldon has contacts that he can suggest, but I don't find a way to contact his office.

I already have an appointment for a basic Pulmonary specialist evaluation, but I have no idea if they will be open to this and that isn't for another 6 weeks. I've been in chronic respiratory distress for a long time and this week on Amoxicillini for what may be an increase in the possible respiratory infection that may be present. After a week, only minor improvement, so Rheumatologist may prescribe Cipro. The whole thing is too much for me to write out as my story is too long and I'm EXHAUSTED all the time! Been tested for everything in the world, except for specific infectionsi as on this site and some other similar ones I've found in last two days. I need a specialty doctor who will be willing to go down this road with me as it's not really up any of my doctors alley.

Any local suggestions for doctor's along this line would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Cara, Katman -

Cara, Katman - Unfortunately, though I am filling in by sending the 'welcome' message to new site members (while Michele is on holiday), I do not have access to her list of doctors. We will have to wait for her return next week.  I, too, am seeking a protocol-savvy doctor in Virginia for a friend and I have had no responses here on the board.

Thanks so much katman.

Thanks so much katman.  It's been such a long road and I feel I've just finally found things that have promise.  I was on NACi for a long time, but didn't get it with my last order.  Jarrow stopped making the NAC Sustain which was helping a bit with some sinus and ear issues, but I forgot to look for alternative as I've been physically overwhelmed.  I think that because I've only started down the anti-biotic road over the last month, that the supplementsi were not seeming to help me enough prior.   Now that I am on this track, I'm going to add NAC back in for sure.

I'm on many supplementsi and still researching and changing them up as I learn more about what I believe to be going on with me and as I discover what seems to help me with particular issues.  Most of the things that I've found to help me have been through my own searching and trial.  I know I need to find another B complex for one.  I'm looking at the food based vitamins for this.

Anyway, I can't tell you how much hope this recent discovery of information is giving me.  I look forward to finding a doc who'll do all the testing and get to the bottom of this for me and maybe I can have a life again eventually!  I'm very excited about the possibilities.

Thank you so much for responding.  I'll watch for MacK's message.

Thanks for your efforts.

Meanwhile, check your private messages. I've sent you two and people with doctor info for you will not post it on the public boards.

My US doc is at the Fibro

My US doc is at the Fibro and Fatigue Center in Bellevue.  They tested me for the Cpni & did the Western Blot for the Lymes.  I have advised them I am on the protocol, but they are not my primary MD's.  There are other patients here who see other docs in a few of their other clinics.

You could try them?

Welcome & best wishes for a great recovery!
