The only time I've ever had bad smelling urine was with a bladder infection. It was one of those that convinced me to try CAPi as the abxi the Doc gave me for it cleared up some of my MSi symptoms.

If I were you I'd give your Doc a shout and ask about the infection and the abxi. It might be that you need to ease back in with just Doxyi or Azith until the infection clears. He may just tell you to blitz it with all 3 or prescribe a different one. I don't know enough about the different types and their primary functions to advise and I can't find the pack I had.

All I can say is go easy because an out of control bladder infection is one of the most awful experiences I've ever had.

I survived the camping trip and it went as well as it could considering. I was able to get out of bed, able to get to bathroom and I didn't pass out on the floor from one of those fainting spells. Mr. Wiggy drove us up - only 1 hour away, helped me set up beds and unpack. About 18 Moms and kids went - 12 in my cabin and 6 next door. One kid snored so loud the cabin shook and the moms spent all night trying to turn this kid over - we didn't get any sleep (I expected something like this). The next day we had activities every hour - I wasn't able to do everything which allowed for breaks during the day for me. They went on two hikes and canoeing, made candles, played some games, saw some reptiles, campfile and songs....It was a lot of fun. The food was all buffet and different moms helped me get breakfast, lunch and dinner. It wasn't truely handicapped accessible but I work through it - this stressed out many mom but I told them this is as good as it gets for a camp. We left Sat. night after campfire - my daughter did not want to leave and some moms offered to keep her but I talked her into leaving. She had a dance receital at 12 noon the next day and she only missed no sleep and breakfast. I am tired but will recover. I started doxyi, will add zithi today. I am not telling my Mom and sisters I am restarting cap as I didn't realize they feel I have done this long enough and think I should be done. They have made a many negative comments lately. I am not sure why I would think they would support me on it. I guess I do not get it as I am getting better but they forget how I was before. They gague my being better only by my walking - which isn't better yet. It will be hard to get my mouth shut esp. when I am under the influence of flagyli :). That smelly urine has gone away - yeah! Wiggy,  You're living large!  Sounds like your daughter keeps quite a schedule.  About your mom and sister...the likelihood of either of them immersing themselves in the full complement of information on the CAPi is remote.  So they are not going to ever understand your commitment to the protocol when the downside of the process is all they see.  They have seen you try other treatments that have failed, and those experiences have probably created some standards in their minds about how much time you should allow for a treatment to work or not work.  You have had some "up" times on the CAP; have you reminded them of those times.  They are probably full of alternative suggestions or fearful warnings.  Wiggy, their moral support is important to you, and you may have to earnestly tell them "This is what I'm committed to and I need you to support me in it."  If that doesn't work, you have us...as always.

Joyce, My daughter is over schedule - she has no time to get into trouble. Joyce, you've got it on the family - and its a good look from their perspective - which I do not think about. I am going to print my improvements and hang them up in house where visable. I have my brother coming in a few weeks with his family for my moms 80th. I never had house guests before capi - too hard, one time I relasped.... As far as my family goes - the problem is they are here every week. It will be difficult to really hide it from them (as I am constantly popping pills)and I am very short and bitchey under flagyli.So maybe taking your route is the best option. I just do not want to hear anything else from them, they are wearing on me, so I will keep quite for a while. I am thankful for everyone at cpnhelp - together fighting for our lives! I'm so pleased you had a successful camp.   This kind of experience is what memories are made of.  For you and your daughter....

Families can be the best and the worst... They think they know what is the best for you... And they often don't listen to what you want.   Its your body and its your life.

so glad you had a great time with the Brownies!  I never leave home without my earplugs (they are in my purse).

Yes, I know about the family thing; my mother was picking the other day.  why don't you drive (3hrs) to your sisters & help her out at the office!  I replied, first, I can't be trusted not to zone out in my brain while driving also, that if I could do all that I would actually be working!

I just roll my eyes.  Be careful about the toxic talk from the flagyli.  My experience has been it really comes out if you are dealing with things that bug you like familial relationships.  I had a huge flagyl blowout last fall with the mother in law, she just pushed me one too many times & that is when the Troll Queen appeared.
