Good afternoon!
I've been having fibromyalgiai symptoms for the past 4 days- neck, left shoulder, back of head, band across my head from 1 temple to the other, down my spinal cord. I haven't dealt with fibro symptoms in several years and I can't remember what I can do to relieve my pain and stiffness.
I've been taking Lortab (Hydrocodone with acetaminophen) and/or Ultracet, aspirin, using a topical analgesic oil rub and a moist heat wrap. I'm also stretching. I've considered the chiropractor and massage therapist just haven't made appointments yet.
I can't remember what to do to relieve my pain and stiffness, and frankly my grumpiness with it. Can someone give me some suggestions of anything natural I can do that I haven't thought of? I don't necessarily want to keep taking the Lortab as I'm building up a tolerance and having to take more to get the same relief. It's just the only thing working. I would appreciate any input.

Well, back off the aspirin.

I've also found a topical cream actually useful called Wobenzyme N. Yes, it's got those enzymes in it, and actually is relieving for my fibro pain flares from pulses. I've found it at Vitamin Shoppes.

Thanks, Jim. I'll see if I can find it. The analgesic oil I've been using was given to me by my massage therapist, who had a heart attacke about year ago which put her out of service. I've got to find another one.
