Feeling ultra sick

Doing a full 1500 mg pulse as my #4. I feel absolutely nasty. I have taken some charcoal and ate glucose but feel pretty sick. Why am I telling you this? I don't know, just complaining I guess. I was cold so I turned on some heat, now I am boiling hot with a flushed red face. My neurpathic pain on my back is burning like a hot poker and I have pretty bad nausea. I felt it was time to pulse because I was able to mow my lawn this morning after having leg failure for three weeks. I am going to take some melatonini soon and go to bed and hope to sleep. Argh, this is not easy, is it gang?

No, it's not easy."If you

No, it's not easy.

"If you can mow, you can pulse", sounds like something a sadistic drill sergant would say.  The good part is that (at least for me) it gets better with time.

Tody - If it's any

Tody - If it's any consolation - "well" people don't react like this to Flagyli and Tindamax.  Bugs are dying and they're mad.  Something you don't need is finally getting the boot.

Hang in there - you will prevail!

Spent an hour talking on

Spent an hour talking on the big porcelain telephone (if you know what I mean) last night. The nausea was just more than I could bear. This morning I feel a little better after a fairly decent sleep. I guess I must have killed a bunch of the little nasties. Daisy and Jim, thanks for the reminder that the feeling rotten is evidence that it's working. Bless ya.

Tody, if you can get into a

Tody, if you can get into a bathtub, the Epson salt soak works wonders for pain and frayed nerves. 3 cups in a tub of water---whatever temp you can take.

This is what saved me the first year so that I was able to get up the next morning and get to work. Give it a try.

Hang in there, Raven

Raven, great tip, I shall try it. I usually shower cause getting in and out is a chore, but I would love to see if it benefits me. I am blessed that I don't have to get up and get to work. I drive my high school daughter to school at 8:30 and that is it. Although there have been times where I worry something will happen and I will get stopped and people will discover I still have my PJ's on!

Todybear, try ginger to

Todybear, try ginger to counteract nausea, it works for me using the crystalised ginger that you buy for baking, but now I use Ginger and lemon tea because it's warming and refreshing too. You can get ginger capsules too which you can either swallow or break open to make tea. It's made quite a difference for me in avoiding the "technicolour yawns"!

I have some peppermint

I have some peppermint essential oil that my daughter used to use for aroma therapy when she was pregnant. She used to hold it under her nose to help with morning sickness nausea. I will have to hunt it down cause I have it here somewhere. Nausea hasn't been as bad today, just mananageabe. Hopefully it will stay at bay. I still want to get another day of pulsing in. That will be three days at 1500 mg.
