Feeling Pretty Good Today

Well, today is the 12th day after my second tinii pulse that lasted 2 days.  I'm not sure if it's just from time or adding some new supplementsi but I'm feeling much better today.

I've recently added a few supplementsi to the ones I've already been taking:

Horny Goat Weed
Lactoferrin
SAMe
Phosphatidyl Serine
Methyl B12

I sat outside in the sun (got some D) and went for a swim with my fur kids today after being too sick to even think of doing anything for well over a week now.  Cool

Ladies, Thanks for the

Ladies,

Thanks for the support!  Smile

Michele, I suppose I needed to be reminded of how sick I am although I'd rather not have been.  As I've been lying awake in bed since 2:30 am (5 am now and heading back to bed shortly) I've been trying to sort out the major differences between now and this past springtime.

If some of you may recall, I was working on my vacant rental and went on a motorcycle ride.  This was after I turned things around from the horrible relapse I had last fall which caused me to stop the MPi.

My thoughts are that starting all of the supplementsi, Iodoral and NACi is what turned me around this springtime including the sunbathing and raising my 25D from 8 to 49.  I thought I'd stay in that state forever meaning I really hadn't counted on such a strong response to the CAPi which I only began late May.

So, now, I feel like I'm going backwards although I realize I have to react to the CAP in order for it to do its work.  There's no way I would have been able to accomplish what I did this past spring if I had been feeling this miserably back then, although today was a much better day.  I suppose I have to learn to live within this new envelope with brief windows of sunshine and the rest of the time accept that CAP is doing its job.

Raven, I can't wait to be where you are... 3 yrs into CAP and 98% well.  What a testimony!  Wink

Reenie, I finished my last

Reenie, I finished my last Flagyli pulse on Aug 27 and today is the first day I am feeling good. That is such a coincidence, cause it's twelve days since my pulse too. My feet have burned a lot and my legs have been so weak. I have had trouble managing the stairs up to my bedroom and standing in the shower for the last week. Today, I feel stronger and my legs feel less like al dente fettucine. I may even get some work done today if it holds out. It's interesting how each pulse is different from the others. You think you have it down and then the next one is completely different with entirely different responses. Oh well, keep on keeping on. Take care kiddo. We'll make it.

yes, well I felt good last

yes, well I felt good last Friday (too good!) and look at me now! so 24 hours - what a difference a day makes.  be prepared they say - but unless you have a fire extinguisher to one hand and adreniline in the other - how do you cope with the changes?!

seriously, its good to know your feeling good swimming with your kids.  i went swimming with my one last week in a burst of energy last week, after many months of exhaustion & inactivity and i know it can feel almost surreal!!!!  i never made it by myself today, lets see months down the line  ...

blackfoot, These are FUR

blackfoot,

These are FUR kids.  (Jack Russells to be precise) Wink

I only point this out because they TOTALLY get my bed hugging and are ready at a moment's notice to hop in the pool or take a nap.  They don't care as long as I'm here with them so it makes it alot less stressful than with HUMANS!  Ok, sometimes I like human company too, but you get the idea.

FWIWi, I'm trying to deal with my envelope whatever it contains right now.  Mostly I'm housebound but I'm able to get up and move around and my attitude is up at the moment.  Life's not great but it's better than it was last week!  Sealed
