My opinion is, due to the influence of Asian medicine there, you'll likely find a doctor more willing to be open to new approaches. I'm hoping so, else you're stuck with a trip to southern California to see a truly excellent doctor there. ;-)

go see Dr. Teitelbaum in hawaii.  he is expensive, but VERY competent known as the best CFSi doctor) and aggressive in treating CFS.
