It is possible that the dentist may recommend a course of Amoxi. If so, would you advise Paula stops the NACi during the course of Amoxi to stave off doubling the die-off effects of the CPni EBs? Yes, I'd say that was wise. Amoxycillin and NACi do the same job on EBs, the advantage of NAC over Amoxy is that it supports the liver.
