Broken Duck/ First Pulse :-)

I have now officially "broken the duck." That is, completed my very first, 1000mgs Tinidazole pulse, yesterday! Laughing

The only ill effects that I experienced were an increase in labrynthitis and dizziness; and, becoming slightly over-emotional.

The jaw pain (that I was told was caused by anaerobic infection, by my dental surgeon) is gone! And, the severe Raynaud's symptoms that I have been experiencing for months, gone, too!!!

I feel so much better from Tini, not worse!!! I just hope that this will all last and that I do not experience any adverse, delayed reactions!

Many, many thanks to the "Wonderful Wheldons!" And, to all of you, who have made it possible for me to reach this goal that I've been attempting to reach for months, now!!! Wink

Let me be the first to say

Let me be the first to say well done for breaking the duck!

I experienced quite a severe delayed reaction to my first pulse with flagyli. I'm going to give tinii a go for my next one - I could do with feeling better not worse!!

I'd be interested to know how your post pulse reaction develops - hope it stays minimal.

My prescribing GP's reaction, when I first presented him with the regime, was that flagyli is "too brutal." But, then, he did agree to prescribing the Tinii. Smile

I wish you all the best in trying it!

Great title! SO happy to

Great title! SO happy to hear this news! And, if you SHOULD have delayed reactions to the pulse, so what!?! You already know it's working, so you'll wait it out. Congratulations!

I had also planned on only taking 500mg, too. Which I did in the AM. But, by dinnertime, I felt so much better that I couldn't resist taking 500mg more. And, in fact, had less of the dizziness when I wasn't taking that dose with the Doxyi and Roxi.

No delayed reactions, so far...

Ruth, you've been doing so well with the regime, am guessing your pulses will go well, too!  Laughing
