LLMD wants to hit Lyme and maybe will get Cpn along the way...

My LLMD wants to treat for Lyme and says there is big overlap in the antibioticsi used for Lyme and Cpni. This would just mean taking two antibiotics like Zithro and Doxyi to start every day, twice per day....
This is not the protocol that is recommended I realize so I wonder if her approach would do more harm than good to me in general and to killing off the Cpn bugs in general.
What do people think?
Is it crucial to follow the protocol because if I do also have Lyme, this protocol isn't a good idea to get at the Lyme.

So, what do folks do treatment wise if they have Lyme AND Cpn and need to treat both???????
Thanks.

Blood Lab Tests to Diagnose CP

I have twice had elevated IgGi antibodies to CP and also IgA was elevated. Do these results alone mean that I am infected?
I have thought all along I could have Lyme, but never test positive for Lyme at Igenex which is a Lyme Specialty lab... My Western Blot is always negative as are the coinfections.

I am trying to decide if I should treat for CP or not?
I have Interstitial Cystitisi, Vulvodynia, Muscle Aches, some nerve stuff, facial pain that came on after my last sinus infection (I get at least 1 infection per year).
I have had one problem after another for the past 4 years.

Newly Diagnosed and Questions

Hi:
I see a LLMD for possible Lyme. He tested me through LabCorp for CPNi.  My IGAi levels came back very high and he said that means I have an active infection. I suffer from Interstitial Cystitisi, Chronic Facial Pain that started with an acute sinus infection, various areas of nerve pain, transient hip and muscle pain.
I have a few questions:
(1) Does an elevated IGA mean I am actively infected and could I spread this to my husband, children etc via a cough? I never, ever get coughs and when I am sick with anything upper respiratory it always goes to my sinuses.
